Great addition to my morning routine!

I turn on my sauna blanket to 65 degrees about 5 minutes (that’s how quick it comes to temp) before I finish my 20 minute weight session, then get it for 30-40min. It really gets me sweating. The liner is easy to remove and hang to dry or wash. I unzip the blanket so it dries fully as it cools. I haven’t seen visible moisture on it, so there’s been no work to wipe it. I aim to fit this in twice before work during the week, then at least one day on the weekend.
