Beautifully Sparkly Topper
I had almost convinced myself I didn't need this one, then thankfully didn't listen to myself; it's a beautiful shimmer, warmer than Cosmic, that just adds a hint of twinkle over any color. For someone who loves to add glitter to everything, she was needed!
