Very well made product that counter balance weight when heavy on the head. Doesn’t change twist weight but helps with plowing. My paddle is weighed 9.3 but fills much lesser. Would definitely recommend it.

I feel the speed cap greatly helps with resetting my hands quicker, and the improvement of the sweet spot on my paddle is definitely noticeable.
