This product does not quite match its price tag. I believe it’s too expensive for what it offers. Installation was problematic — the unit didn’t fit into the factory slots properly, and I had to trim some of the original plastic. Performance is slow, even though I purchased the 128GB version. CarPlay takes about two minutes to load, and some parts of the interface look very cheap — just like those on typical Chinese head units. Overall, if I had known the product would be like this, I probably would have just bought a super cheap one for around $100. Quite disappointed.

Great quality unit for my Sprinter. Being happy with customer service. I had a problem with settings for back up camera. Response for my email with a simple solution was immediate. Very Happy
