After doing some research, I realized the issue was with FedEx and not the company itself. I emailed the company and expressed some frustration with the shipping situation, and they responded immediately and issued me a refund without any hassle. Their customer service is absolutely top-notch. I ended up purchasing the exact same product through another company that carries their products, and I can tell you the Ice Flask itself is excellent. The quality is outstanding, it fits perfectly in my chest rig, and I couldn’t be happier with it.
