My first Inogen one G5 was showing an error message. After a call to customer service they sent me a prepaid shipping label to return the item and within 2 days I had a replacement that is so far working fine. Very good customer service would recommend this seller. Thank you!

Quiet machine. My Mother is happy with the purchase but was out for a little less than 2 hrs at .4 liters and lost a lot of the charge faster than I expected.
