Your beans don't work in an espresso machine...

I was optimistic when I purchased these beans as I really wanted to find a low acid espresso bean that actually worked in an espresso machine. Unfortunately like all the other low acid espresso beans I have tried your beans are also just too dry to work correctly in an espresso machine. I use a DeLonghi Opera and tried several different settings with no success. Because of this the flavor was not great either. Maybe they work ok in a drip machine but I haven't tried that. I'm still hopeful your other beans will work and taste great in my drip coffee machine.

Change is good

For years I've loved a local coffee shop because the flavor is supberb and smooth. Recently I've tried others and purchased bags elsewhere, but none compared. I looked for a low acidic coffee to help with reflux and was reluctant to try another, but oh my gosh I'm so glad I did! This is the only coffee that even comes close to my local coffee shop, less the acid-win, win!! I now no longer crave a good coffee, I make this at home and will it will be my go to from now on. Its rich, smooth, and makes a frothy espresso. LOVE IT!
