I was very happy in the way the box and text were set-up in the box. And, in a very nice way, I was VERY HAPPY with the necklace. I purchased two identical necklaces for my wife, just the way I wanted them, and I received an identical necklace, just like my wife's, for my daughter this week, and I'm happy to say that my daughter's necklace was perfect. My daughter will receive her necklace a week ahead of Christmas but I think she will be so happy that she will carry it for many, many years to come! Thank you, Robert Moser

I like the product. It arrived the same way it is pictured on the website. On the website the link to shipping was off a little bit and shipping was late. But arrived in fact and how I wanted!
