Smells amazing, but not worked?

My daughter has ezcema pretty bad. I put the lotion on her and she screamed for about 30 seconds. I used the soap also, I got the same reaction. I am disappointed but it does smell amazing. Everyone with ezcema has a different story, our story just didn't have a great result with this product. It may help with someone else and may work and help somebody else, but I genuinely wish I had a better review.
