Pasternak straps

When receiving my order I discovered the wrong straps had been sent so I emailed the team, unfortunately this review came in before the reply and I put a 1 because I hadn’t received any response, then about an hour later Sophie responded with an apology and solution that was more than generous, congratulations guys on making your customers feel heard.
