Late and broken item

Hello. I followed up from initial communication, and was ensured arrival was to be within 4 weeks. I tried emailing and calling with no response in regards to an eta. When my package did arrive (after nearly 7 weeks) the glasses were broken in half. I emailed the same day letting you know that they arrived broken, and have not received a response.
