Great Plants
We got 10 plants, and 9 survived! So I’m pretty happy with our order, and we already started to get a few leaves to harvest!

Wait and see
Only one (1) of the 3 Sorrel crowns is showing new growth, the other two (2) are showing no new growth. I'll give it another week or two to see what happens.

Received 3, 2 are growing well. The 3rd has not given any indication whether it will produce any leaves or not. I am watering frequently.
