Horrible experience. I paid for UPS 2 day delivery and you shipped ground service. You sent the sunglasses without a case. Your customer phone customer service agents are “not available” and no one responded to multiple emails I sent. I finally had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. After the dispute was started, you sent me the wrong case, a generic case that is way too big and has a snap closure, instead of the specific bespoke case designed for these glasses, which is much smaller with a magnetic closure and much better material. You claimed you issued a refund, but there is no refund in my account after 7 days. I will not pay for this order until you deliver the correct case and issue the refund. I have been loyal Vuarnet customer for decades, but this is my last purchase from the brand.

Love these glasses! But they are very uncomfortable on the nose bridge and pads. Disappointing!
