Would have preferred the arm rest be full length of the base & a little higher & only 1 cup holder on the top of the left arm rest, otherwise as expected . Very good delivery time & service

Quite uncomfortable

Minimal padding on legs support areas. Footrest is too short (5'10" m/168#) Head rest angle not adjustable. Must use a pillow. Would rare as 0-1 except the massage function works. Probably the most uncomfortable recliner I've ever had.
