Hawthorne 5 Piece Outdoor Wicker Conversation Set With Side Table & Ottomans For Balcony

LOVE the conversation set with ottomans. We had issues with FedEx losing one of the three packages but Hillga quickly replaced the missing package. My husband put it together pretty quickly, maybe one hour. Looks great on our patio and very comfy!

Backordered items and not notified

The gliderrocker and side table look wonderful and were easy to assemble. My biggest complaint though is the ottomans were backordered and I was not sent any notification!! I thought there was a mistake when I didn't get them. I had to contact customer service and find out what was going on. Ottomans are still on a 2 to 3 week backorder. It just would have been nice if I had been notified that there would have been a delay!

The chairs are very comfy and look great. They were delivered over 3 days and once the instructions were understood, easy to put together- it just took a while. Very happy eith yhe purchase though.
