Milk Skin Toner

Great toner for dry skin!

I’ve been using this toner for about 2 months now. It’s great for dry skin. I use it as the first step in my skincare routine. Also, I’ve recently started using it on my lower legs after shaving. It has made a huge difference in my skin.
