I needed a different edition.

I had a different edition that has gone missing from my kitchen. I was looking to replace it and I thought I saw familiar recipes, however, the entire section of the edition I had wasn't in any of the three. The section in the edition I was looking for was all about sourdough starters and had recipes for the Herman Starter as well as showing a creative sourdough salamander and sourdough hamburger buns. I look forward to trying some of these recipes from the three new editions, but I just really need my old magazine.

Good and informative but one of the three would have been sufficient as there is a great deal of redundancy from one to another.

Great set.

Good easy to read and apply instructions and pictures. Have made several great loaves already. Ty.
