Shiitake Mushroom Fruiting Kit

I have not used my mushroom kits yet. Others who were to participate in this project had major problems occur (death of family member ; extreme illness with another person so we decided to wait for awhile. Meanwhile your company advised me to refrigerate those kits and they would be good for 6 months. Wish us a positive future to continue on with mushroom growing!
