Ordered more of this starter tea for my upcoming kombucha fermentation. Using 1 bottle for each gallon as I was instructed to do by a VERY wise person. Product ph 3.0 (acid) as needed to be to make kombucha.. I have 6 fermenters going now. I am using the large scobys and a bottle of the EXTRA strong tea starter in each. Day 5 and counting .
