Didn’t work

Didn’t read the instructions because it was a Christmas gift, so it sat unopened for a couple weeks in its packaging. By the time we opened it, only then we realized it has to be refrigerated immediately upon delivery. Tried to make kefir anyway but no luck. Whole kit thrown in trash .
