Given I know nothing abour yarn and knitting (purchased as a present for a loved one), this review will only reflect my feedback for the packaging. And to be honest it was quite underwhelming and disappointing. I expected a highend Knitting brand to put a bit more effort in their packaging- especially when purchasing a “kit”. Ended up coning in plastic bags. Other than that seems ok, and I’m pretty sure this gift will be a success.

I like the simplicity of it but when you look at the picture it does not look like it is a purl stitch. I wanted something slightly different than a purl stitch. I looks to be a knitted stitch all the way through.

The blanket pattern I used was "Conjure" from Expression Fiber Arts. I had wanted to test your yarn and the kinds of needles you provide so I ordered the kit. I wanted to see how long it took to get the kit, and what came with it. I was pleased. I the blanket came out soft, lighter than I expected, thick and squishy despite the fact I didn't double the yarn. I used one strand and ended up with a lovely afghan about 48 X 52 inches. I had two skeins left over which I'll have to decide what to do with them. if you'd like I could send you a picture of the finished product. this particular page doesn't allow for images. I do like your yarn. Now to finish some of the other projects I've got going. I would recommend this yarn to my not-so-beginner knitting friends, and have shown them what I finished with it. Black Sheep Fiber show is coming up end of June. I'll take one skein of the yarn that's left over to show off. That should inspire a few to try your product.
