The controller turned out fine but it took over 3 months to get it back. Extreme lack of communication. They don't answer their phone, messages or emails, yet they have time to shame their customers on X over the condition of the controllers they receive. I mean, seriously, are you a couple teenage boys, or what? If you are, you need to have your parents teach you about customer service. 3 stars was being generous.

They fixed my controllers, they work as if they were brand new.

Sent my controller out on August 23rd 2025. Did not receive my controller back untill December 20th 2025. Not that big of a deal except cinch clearly states they will email you when they receive your package. They received my controller August 26th 2025. Never emailed me confirming receipt. I emailed cinch September 6th 2025 asking why I have not received an email showing cinch got my package. They got back to me November 10th 2025 just to say they got my package months ago! The instructions for sending in a controller are not that good. That combined with not getting any response for months, and instructions to not email support again had me worried I got scammed. I only got a response after posting my situation in the youtube comments of cinch gaming. First thing I did after getting my controller back was plug it in to see if there was any stick drift. There still is stick drift... but no way I'm ever sending anything to this company again so I'm just letting other gamers know you might as well learn to repair yourself.
