No completely satisfied

It wasn’t what I expected. I thought it came with different brush attachments that I could interchange, but it doesn’t. It’s actually pretty much the same as the one I had before. The only difference is that now I can remove the brush and replace it when it wears out. Honestly, I don’t see a significant difference or anything that makes this one special. I actually just saw another model that is much more affordable, and I think it’s more functional because it has the on/off button and the speed controls right on the handle of the dryer. With this model, I have to use my other hand to change the speed while using the brush. So, I’m seriously considering returning this one and getting the other model. It’s not only more affordable, but it also seems much more practical.

The Lange tools are great. I bought the Lange blow drying brush and it quit working within the first year. There’s a year warranty on the tools. The customer service is great. I did an online chat and with no problem at all I had a replacement on the way. I received the new one in less than a week. I will definitely purchase Lange in the future.

I LOVE this new tool & am so pleased I found the right one. I've had the LeVolume (?) I think that's what it is for around 6 years & really used it for straightening bangs, and when I wanted to have a straight blow-out. I love that tool, too but this new one is crazy effective. It is lighter and easier to hold (I have arthritic hands) and I love the color (blush) It puts waves in my hair and I don't know why, but it's like my hair is getting a mask when I'm using. Hair can be bouncy, straight, smooth- whatever I want. It also lasts for several days. . . the waves stay in! I'm stunned at the result & so pleased.
