Overall Experience

Overall, the adjustable bed package we purchased is exactly what we were looking for. Since we both have different preferences when it comes to mattress firmness, being able to choose one plush mattress and one firm mattress was the perfect solution. We also love that each side of the adjustable bed can be controlled independently, allowing us to customize our own comfort. Even though we've only had it for a short time, I've already noticed that I'm sleeping much better. Unfortunately, the delivery experience did not meet the same expectations. Living in a condominium means deliveries must be coordinated within a specific elevator booking window. The driver called to let me know he was running late and proposed a 9:00 p.m. delivery; however, our building requires all deliveries to be completed by 8:00 p.m. This prompted me to contact customer service to discuss alternatives. The first customer service representative advised that he would contact the driver to see if the delivery could either be accommodated earlier or rescheduled, and that he would follow up with me. Around 7:30 p.m., the driver called back asking for an update, which was surprising since I expected customer service to have already coordinated the next steps with him. As a result, I had to call customer service again and speak with a different representative. Unfortunately, this agent did not seem to have any background on my previous conversation and immediately asked for my order number, whereas the first representative had proactively located my account using the phone number I was calling from. Since the delivery could not be completed that evening, I was promised a callback the following morning (Saturday), around 11:00 a.m. I never received the promised callback and instead had to contact customer service again later that afternoon. I was then told the reason no one had called was because they were still finalizing the next available delivery date. They initially proposed the following Friday, despite me having already explained that it was my moving day and I would not be available. In the end, the bed was successfully delivered the following Tuesday. The delivery team completed the installation efficiently, and I appreciated how quickly they set everything up. One suggestion I would make is to provide delivery staff with shoe covers. I completely understand that they need to keep their safety footwear on while working, but it was disappointing to see outdoor shoes tracking dirt into a brand-new, clean unit while bringing in the boxes. Overall, we're extremely happy with the quality of the bed and our purchase. My feedback is mainly around improving communication and follow-through during the delivery process, as a more proactive customer service experience would have made what was otherwise an excellent purchase even better.

Very comfortable, various features allow for comfort positions sitting or lying down. Right degree of softness. Good buy.
