The protector does not have a high level of cooling as advertised. The protector is not thick enough and as such the gel layer is inadequate for real cooling effect. Also I find that the protector covering is of a shinny material resulting in the cover sheet not staying on the protector - the covering bed sheet slips away. I expected better quality for the price I paid. Compared to Gel Mattress tops the price and quality are wanting.

Slippery

I find the mattress pad slides over the protector, thus I can’t get the bottom sheet as taut as I like.
