a few went in as expected. Most did not. Switch to auger and found large stones and roots that prevented the helical Piers from getting to full depth

Helical screw pile

Great product with easy installation! We’ve used quite a few and will be installing on most of our decks in the future. Only issue was when reversing we stripped one of the heads when socket slipped off. Would be nice to have a pin you could insert if needed between socket and helical.

Self install helical system

Overall pretty satisfied with the product. One of the posts 12 mm drive heads snapped off, but I was able to finish driving it with tightening the secondary bolts to one another and using a 7/8 socket
