Great formula and tastes good too. Beats a pre-activity can of energy drink. I notice the difference after an hour of activity. Not sure when it kicks in but I notice the difference if I haven’t gulped one 30-15 minutes before workout or swim. Really notice it while swimming. Seems to Make a difference in the period between 1000m to 1500m. Just makes it seem easier. I’m not sure it’s a body jolt but it definitely keeps me able to focus on technique & breathing. For me it’s more of a head thing than body hit.
