The customer service has been amazing from when I initially inquired and placed my order right to receiving all the pieces of my order. One of the pieces I did order was backordered but when I received the call to let me know, we realized there was a better option for me and switched the item to something far more useful for my needs. We will be making another purchase for sure.

X Large Disco Purple Collapsible Crate

This crate is wonderful and beautiful to boot. While length wise it is on the bigger side for my standard poodle, it is nice and tall so if I do have to crate him during a show it leaves his hair untouched. I love how I can put all my gear inside and lock it over night.

Gorgeous Crate

First off: the crate is gorgeous! I ordered the Fairy Dust Teal and it’s just beautiful. The crate as a whole is really thoughtfully designed. I got the collapsible, even though it’s going to stay in the house, because it seemed like it’d be easier to get into the tight space in my office. It was super easy to get in place and to set up. I also have to comment on the amazing customer service. I ordered right before the crazy tariffs on goods coming into the US from Canada started and they so kindly held onto it for me while the Supreme Court deliberated on them. I’m just so pleased with my purchase and experience with the company.
