Mexicali 12oz

Ruined for any other coffee!

Ever since my son introduced me to Mexicali, none other compares! I even take it on vacation if possible! Love my Mexicali🥰

The order I never received

Josh, The entire experience was very unfortunate. I happen to be spending the month of March in AZ. I called the office & asked about stores in the area where I could purchase the Mexicali. I was told of 2 stores in Scottsdale, both of which did NOT carry your products. I then sent an email and after waiting 5 days with no reply, I called the office again. I was told Jody (?) would call me that day. Three days later, when I still had not heard from her, I decided to go online & take advantage of the 3 bags of 12 oz Mexicali & had it mailed to the address I was staying at. The order listed I would receive it within 3-5 business days. It did NOT say 3-5 business days from when it was shipped. I finally called the office days later & had to request the order be stopped because I was leaving the following day. I found out it was planned to be shipped that day. I was told to call the shipping company to stop it. They told me that only Arbuckles could stop the order. So, I called Arbuckles back & they were finally able to stop the order. I actually wanted the order to be changed to my home address, but when the office gal told me it was canceled I decided not to pursue anything else at that point. In closing, I want to believe this review will fall into the black hole of no one addressing it, but being that you asked twice for my honest feedback I thought I'd take the time to let you know the order was never completed. I am a huge fan of Arbuckles' Mexicali Coffee. It is the perfect start to my day. The delicious taste and aroma will make you a fan too.
