I lost my USB Transmitter, so I asked for a replacement. They responded to my report, and within under 12 hours, a replacement had already been sent for shipment. Very good customer support so far!

Impressed overall

Bought to use in transcription work. So far I'm happy with the product except for fit of headphone. It really needs to be redesigned so it can be adjusted to be more snug. I don't feel comfortable walking very far with them on which is why I wanted wireless. Even if you pull the straps as far as they will go it's not enough. And one side is already pulling off the band completely. I love that you can be wired, wifi, or Bluetooth.

This is so much lighter then my original headset i love it my neck would hurt everytime i used it
