Picked up a carrot cake for my daughter’s birthday- not only was it absolutely beautiful, it was the best carrot cake I’ve ever had! So moist, delicious, and everyone at the party raved! First time I’ve ordered and certainly won’t be the last.

I recently hosted a birthday party for a dear friend who asked for carrot cake. I baked one and it was not pretty! On the morning of the party I contacted Kathy and she had one available. It was delicious and beautiful! I really appreciate her taking the time on a Saturday to help me out, especially sine it was so good.
