You want carrot cake? THIS is carrot cake!!!
First of all, I ordered the 8 inch cake and this was HUGE. Three layers with very generous frosting. It weighed like 12 pounds. It was delicious - very moist. A little slice goes a long way because it is so dense and rich. The little frosted carrots on the top are adorable. I will definitely be ordering again.

Carrot cake
Ordered the smaller Carrot cake for my wife's birthday. Time and time again this is the greatest cake ever made. We brought it up to Montreal for our weekend getaway. It held up perfectly and tasted even better. Never change

Excellent Easter treats
I like being able to pre-order online for pickup before the holiday. We enjoyed the gluten free pies and the carrot cake is very special when slightly warmed.
