Just Average at Best

I paid extra for the "potent" perfume oil. I can barely smell the scent, and it doesn't last. It was a huge waste of money. I could have visited a kiosk in the middle of the mall and purchased a fragrance oil for $5 - $10 of Baccarat Rouge 540 that was better.
