I purchased 4 or 5 scents to get a free mystery scent.
When I got my order there was 1 scent that I did not like, the Woody Sage one.
Unboxing my order I saw that there were 2 of the same scent (I did not order 2 of any scent) looking back at my order I realized that they gave me Woody Sage as my free mystery scent. I ordered 1 Woody Sage to try out and they gave me another Woody sage as my Free mystery scent.
Well turns out Woody Sage is the only scent I did not like out of my whole order and wanted to return. I procecced the 1 that I chose but could not exchange the Free one for a different scent. I contacted support and they said there was nothing they could do. Pretty frustrating and wasteful...

ON POINT!!
Love my go to LeLabo Santal 33 but I HATE the price! Woody Sandalwood is basically the same scent for a fraction of the price! So happy about that!
