Replacement Lid for Titan Collection

I received a lid that did not fit my Titan bottle. Probably by mistake. I’ve ordered this item before and it was great. So I just took out the washer and outside seal from the new lid and replaced my old one because that’s what wore out originally. Happens. All love.

I ordered a new lid because my Titan thermos was leaking. The new lid still leaks. What can I do?
