Everyday Salad Oil

Fantastic, light, and flavorful

My husband used it in a dressing without me knowing and I said this dressing is fantastic what is it! And he pulled out the brightland salad oil.

this holiday season, I decided to give the most intentional gifts. I sought out to be the most memorable and thoughtful of them all. Sifting through my memories trying to recall little things my loved ones have shared with me that would be included in the most perfect of gifts and I was doing so well gathering information and purchasing all these said “perfect gifts” . Until I got to my dad. Dads. they seem to be the hardest of them all. So relaxed. So “I don’t need anything” type of guys. And listen to each is own, but my dad loves to cook. Then, one night I was out with a friend who won a $150 dollar giant bottle of olive oil at her works Christmas party and was yammering on about how the older you get olive oil truly becomes the gift of all time. That’s when it hit me. Olive oil IS the IT gift for the man that had a share in bringing me to the world. I read list upon list and researched and read. I wanted to invest in an olive oil that not only was delicious but beautiful and gift worthy. Then I happened on this brand. And I bought EVERYTHING. Each olive oil from the cooking olive oil to their finest ones are absolutely delightful and nuanced and unique. You can taste the quality and my dad absolutely agrees. I recently added the salad olive oil to his collection and he’s been making the most incredible dressings. It’s been such a revolutionary addition to our daily routine. Tastes so delicious

Tastes delicious ---I eat more salads now which is a good thing-- it can stand alone as a salad dressing or add a little vinegar and it's yummy!! And it's great with breads. I really love this oil so much that I bought my nieces some for Christmas.
