Bad smell

At first I opened the 1 gram container and was fine.Color,smell and taste were all on point.But the (1 Oz) bag had an off smell when opened.Reached out to customer service for an exchange or return and was met with "our policy this, out policy that".

Happy Heray Saffron Customer

This is my second order of Heray saffron. Decided to try the saffron strands instead of the saffron powder this time, because I read that the strands retain more nutritional value due to less processing. Haven’t actually tried the strands yet to determine whether any noticeable difference in nutritional value is detected. However, it does appear that the saffron strands are more cost effective than the powdered form, which requires additional processing costs, I assume. Both come nicely packaged and provide nicely sealed containers to preserve freshness. Exceedingly timely delivery, and the seller is exceedingly honorable. Very happy with both the products and the seller.
