sleep bundle
bought the sleep bundle for my daughter who wanted something in place of the prescription her doctor recommended. She uses and loves all the products but thinks the tart cherry works really well. She falling asleep and staying asleep much better.
Also, the tart cherry juice had a broken cap and tiny leak when it arrived and the company promptly replaced it at no charge to us.

Sleep bundle
Can be helpful for those who have MILD sleep issues however for chronic sleep issues largely ineffective. The tart cherry ended up keeping me up instead of helping me sleep
