The product came with a broken light. Called go trak and they were the rudest people ive ever spoken to in my life. When you spend that much money on a scooter and it ha aa broken light and they say they can send you a replacement light but you need to fix it yourself, then proceeds to say “my 8yr old nephew can fix the light i’m pretty sure you can.” Thats not how you treat a customer.

La patineta no funciona! Se supone que es nuevo. Mi amigo me dijo que es buena marca, pero cuando yo lo compre nuevo he intento arrancar la patineta, no acelera. Muy mala. Esta compañía necesita hacer algo al respecto.
