G3 MAX Long Range eScooter

Love this scooter already, it shipped less than a week. It rides smooth and i like the cruise control feature.The handle bars kind of sting my knuckles with the vibrations, so im gonna either try grip tape or buy new handles. Update: The grip tape worked great, and I no longer feel pain in my knuckles while riding. Unfortunately, the factory tire tubes seem to be cheaply made. I had to repair the front tire shortly after buying the scooter, and now, only two weeks later, I’m dealing with a rear tire repair, which is much more complicated. This has been frustrating, especially considering I’ve owned the scooter for less than a month. So far, I’ve spent over $100 on tools, an air pump, and replacement tubes just to keep it running. It also would’ve been helpful if Gotrax included a more detailed repair manual for maintenance and tire changes. If Gotrax support is unable to help resolve these issues, I’d honestly prefer a refund at this point.

Extremely loud- I messaged support with a video and they told me that its “supposed to sound that way” requested a refund and they want me to foot the cost to ship the scooter back to them and charge a 30% restocking fee. Stay away from Gotrax!
