Fantastic beginning of cooking for one . Have been cooking for family for most of my life and have found it hard to pare down recipes . This is a good beginning.

Love the dishes, the cookbook and the convenience of having recipes that are just the right size. I've copied many more of your recipes to cards and now I need a file box just for those. Keep up the good work.
