Freedom V2 Replacement ResMed 24V Cable

caution if buying for older Freedom battery

I bought one of these to use with an older Freedom battery. The new batteries must have the 12V-24V transformer inside the battery, because this cable is only the USB-C plug on one end and the two ResMed plugs on the other. All I really needed was the proprietary AirMini plug, so I just spliced that onto the existing transformer cable for the older battery, but you can't just plug this cable into the older battery and expect it to work. Unreasonably spendy for just a cable, but what are you going to do?
