Shilajit Resin

Been taking for about 2 weeks I do the resin in the morning and tablets in afternoon I'm go go go at work energy all day and I feel great will definitely be getting more what blew me away was when I scoop out the resin the next day when I open the jar of resin it is all leveled out like it all settles back to level but all and all I'm very pleased with my purchase

Absolutely love Based and their Shilajit. Amazing quality and I use it every single day. It’s the perfect addiction to my morning routine to put my best foot forward to start the day.

Too early to tell so I’ll have to wait 6-8 weeks for any changes per research. Like it in hot water w/ butter and dash of maple syrup.
