Great little cold brew pot

The 600ml pot is just the right size for my needs (and for my fridge space!). It really does make a nice brew, and is very easy to use and clean. The coffee does also seem to last sometime in the fridge (after brewing) without it developing a bitter taste.

Very simple to get great results

The Hario Cold Brew Pot (600ml) is very easy to use and clean up at the end. 50g of medium course ground coffee to 600g of cold water and into the fridge for 12 hours. The results have been very pleasing. I had always preferred the clarity of cold drip brewing, and worried that the mesh would give me sludge, maybe necessitating running the finished brew through a v60 paper, but this is not the case. Makes a clear cup very easy to produce (with less fiddling than the cold drip) and only a minute to get the brew prepared and into the fridge. Cleaning the filter is no mess, no fuss, as the bottom of it comes off for easy emptying. Very happy with this product.
