Better Than Expected!
I've heard Third Wave water mentioned on the Valor Coffee Podcast and have been considering buying some for a while. Well, I finally did it, and I couldn't be any happier! I thought that I might notice a small difference, but the quality of my espresso has gone through the roof! It makes getting a good extraction so much easier, and dialing in is a breeze now! Honestly, it kind of ruined other water for me, but that sacrifice was well worth it!

Excellent Product
We run a coffee catering + consulting business and we use this product constantly in our filtered water. It is an essential, so we will continue to order it.
