Seems great so far but I wanted to pick up 6 or 8 matching Non-serrated steak knives but they are not available any more. Is this a manufacturing slow down or has this style been discontinued. You are way over saturated with serrated steak knives. IMO if you need a serrated steak knife you are buying cheap steaks.
