10″ Bread Knife

I love your knives and I look forward to buying most everyone you have I love your cheese scraper that is the coolest tool ever I've never quite seen anything like it but I strongly urge you to use the board that I sent you that I used to buy in Texas it is extremely good quality it's only $32 it's twice the size of yours and twice as strong it is amazing peace and it holds a lot of knives Happy meal begins and I plan on buying one for myself but you would do yourself a favor and not carrying the ones that you have because they're very poor quality and with the quality of your knives which is amazing and the weight is dead on perfect you're doing yourself a disservice by selling these boards because they say they're strong and they're not and they're very poorly constructed and they scratch really easily because unless it's a big long knife they don't stick to it they slide down but again like I said I love your knives they're razor sharp and it's the first time I bought knives online and they actually were sharp everything I've ever bought on Amazon was garbage equal pricing but very poor quality and literally couldn't cut your skin they're that weak but yeah I made a hundred percent pleased with all the knives that I got I got pairing knives and then I also have a 8-in boning knife I used to be a chef myself and a butcher and enemy cutter so sharp knives are extremely important but again I would love to buy more from you in the very near future I'd like to have a full set but I'm going to buy the other magnetic board because it is top quality and it's quite affordable at $32 and again it's twice as big as the one you're selling and it's quality my daddy told me years ago by quality and cry once and never accept less than top quality thanks again couldn't be happier you've earned the customer except for your magnetic board l

great knife for cutting up artisanal breads with the hard crust, nice and sharp and does not collapse the crumb under the crust

Great knife. Cuts our homemade crust sourdough bread, without crushing or pilling the bread. Allows for even cuts, which none of our previous knives would achieve. Highly recommended this knife. As a side review the chastened are fantastic! I was able to sharpen our other knives, which greatly improved the cut quality, but still did not perform as well as the new knife from Cutluxe.
