Not what she needs
Overall, my girl uses the lick mat, but it is having the opposite effect on her that I need it to have. it is supposed to help her self sooth, but she just gets more and more worked up as she loudly tries to clean the whole lick mat. and she ends up panting heavily from using it. so it isn't worth continuing because I need more things in her life that calms her down not amps her up.
