The delivery of the chair was very fast. It came via FedEx. The chair was easy to set up and blends well with the other furniture in the room. I bought this for my dad as he has Parkinson's and is really struggling with balance and getting up and down from a sitting position. Although he said he absolutely did not want this chair and would never use (his pride, dignity and accepting his illness were the factors here), and for us not to order it, after it arrived and he saw it, he was very surprised. I think he had in his head that a "lift chair" was a handicapped chair and would look like one and he wanted no part of it. To his surprise, it looked like a regular, comfortable recliner. By the end of the day after it was set up, he sat in it. :) Turns out, he really likes the chair and we caught him fast asleep in it the other day. He's still learning the controls and hasn't used the massager yet, but has mastered the "lift" and acknowledges how much easier it is for him now. They say the chair is very comfortable, it looks really nice and seems to be well built. After researching a bunch of different chairs, I settled on this one for several reasons. It's made in the USA for one, the warranty, it's features, the price and great reviews. Also, customer service has been very, very responsive and helpful in answering all my questions. Bottom line, I would recommend this chair to anyone.
