I have ordered several platters from Dora- they are always beautifully finished and the order time is very reasonable. On my most recent order, I made an error in the personalization, after I had already received the item. As soon as I realized my mistake, I contacted Dora and she provided a mock up and reorder within an hour! I can’t say enough good things about Dora’s customer service and the beauty of the finished product!
