Lovely staff, but the experience could be improved

The staff at the boutique were genuinely kind and attentive, and I truly appreciated their service. However, the air inside the store was quite saturated with different fragrances, making it hard to smell each perfume clearly. Some proper ventilation or air conditioning would make the experience much more enjoyable — especially for customers who want to choose carefully. I also ended up purchasing a perfume that, after a few wears, didn’t feel quite right for me. The collection was beautiful but somewhat limited; I would have loved to see more niche and contemporary houses such as Guerlain and Maison Crivelli represented. Lastly, I noticed that my 5 ml perfume sample wasn’t filled in front of me, which left me a bit uncertain — it would feel more transparent to have that done in the client’s presence. I’m sharing this with genuine appreciation for your lovely team and in hopes that these small details might help elevate the overall experience. I’d be grateful if someone from the store could reach out to me personally regarding my purchase.
